I love that I didn’t have to settle for the usual off campus apartment. My roommates and I love decorating the front step of our house for each season. It’s nice having the option to sit and unwind on the porch after a long week of classes.
Orchard West’s central location is great. I don’t have to spend a lot of time in traffic trying to get to class or the grocery store. It’s easy for my friends who don’t live here to come over and watch a game or two.
Pet-friendly, close to campus, and welcoming. I’m new to the area, but living at The Orchard has helped me settle into life as a Clemson student, and I couldn’t be happier here.
I’m so glad I moved to Orchard West. Having my own place makes me feel more independent, and it’s close to campus, so I don’t have to spend a lot of time in traffic trying to get to class.
The houses are beautiful. It’s nice having the option to sit and unwind on the balcony after a long week of classes. And when it’s warm outside, sunbathing at the pool makes you feel like you’re on vacation.
I love how easy it is for my friends who don’t live here to come over, and I’ve made friends with my neighbors too. It’s a really welcoming place.
