How Do I Reserve A Spot At Orchard West?
Review the available floor plans and contact the Orchard West leasing office for current availability. Each prospective resident and guarantor must submit an application.
The application fee is $45. The resident and guarantor must both apply, but the guarantor’s application fee is refunded. The security deposit equals one month’s rent and is due with the first rent payment before move-in.
